Summer Sea #203 - This studio makes the best of the space. Living room by day bedroom by night with the convenient murphy bed. All newly updated. Enjoy the heated & cooled pool, lounge by the beach overlooking the Florida Bay. It has a perfect view of nightly beautiful sunsets. This condo has 26' of dockage, saunas, a lovely beach with a firepit, BBQ grills, fish cleaning stations, billiards room. Whether you want to relax around the pool and enjoy the property or go kayaking and paddle boarding, fishing, there is plenty for everyone.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

We loved our stay at Summer Sea! The condo is nicely updated with many staples already there—beach towels, lotions, spices, oils, pasta…). It was a studio but had a Murphy bed so after putting that up in the morning, it felt like a comfy living room. The Summer Sea condo complex was beautiful. The pool and deck area was large and clean and inviting. The view over Florida Bay was awesome. The walk down to Sunset Point to the adirondack chairs to watch the sunset was a nightly ritual! We will be coming back! Hopefully at some point we can upgrade to a bay view!!
Summer Sea #203 is freshy remodeled efficiency. It is perfectly decorated for the "keys" and makes you feel right at home in The Keys. Location is perfect! Everything you need to feel right at home. Kitchen and bath have everything you need. Murphy bed is simple to use and so comfy! Sunsets are amazing! Pool area is great! Looking forward to my time next year! Thank you to the owner and Freewheeler Vacations was so easy to work with and always responded so promptly. Absolutely will be back!
