Seagull's #406 - This newly renovated and remodeled two-bedroom condo is only about an hour and fifteen-minute drive from Miami International Airport and about 90 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale in the Village of Islamorada, the 'Fishing Capital of the World.' This unit is comfortably and stylishly furnished, it has (2) queen beds and a sleeper sofa and offers sea breezes and ocean views. Seagulls Condo offers a beautiful, heated pool overlooking the ocean, tennis court and charcoal grills. This unit is centrally and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, fishing, diving, grocery store, liquor store, dollar store, movie theater, sports bar, Post Office and more. ** This complex has shared coined laundry on each floor.

Despite having a hurricane blow through the Keys, We still had a fabulous time! Seagulls condo 406 is perfect! Fits our needs and Definitely will rent again. The condo was updated, very comfortable, decor was really nice, kitchen ware was in great condition and there was everything we needed. The pool was great and having the beach was wonderful as you don't usually have a beach option in the Keys. The people were really nice. We had a great view. The balconies are on the road and the high school is right there so you do need to embrace the noise from the cars and the kids. We actually enjoyed watching part of the field during the lacrosse games. The only thing I would like to see for our future visits is a king size bed in the master. Can't wait to go back next year!!!!

The condo is nice and roomy with plenty of space for our stuff. It's very clean and was sufficiently equipped for our needs. Spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. The pool and beach area, as well as the people we met there, bring back lots of great memories. Although we stayed during the building's renovation project, we weren't inconvenienced too much. There was always somewhere on the property where we could get away from that day's construction activities. Would definitely stay again.
We loved the condo. It was well stocked, and very clean. Furniture was clean did not have to cover with sheets. A little short on washcloths, only 2 for three people. I bought a couple and left them there. A king bed would have been nice.
