The home was great for our month rental. Being a new build, everything is in great condition. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, all appliances worked great. It seems like a small thing, but the on-demand hot water was really nice. We never once ran out of hot water. It was very nice to arrive to starter supplies of the basics-laundry soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, a few spices, coffee filters, etc. if I had any suggestions for improvement, it would be to add a couple of comfortable chairs to the living room and add a small dresser and mattress pad in the 2nd bedroom. The backyard is small, but the pictures should be updated to show how nice it really is. The wood deck with umbrella table and 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounges, the solar lights and landscaping are very nice additions. The pool is small, but is heated and was great for a quick dip or floating around. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to the main road and a short walk to the marina with a couple of restaurants and options for fishing, glass bottom boat, snorkeling tours, etc.. While the listing shows the house will accommodate 6, it will-but it is very comfortable for 4 adults. The host was responsive and very accommodating. This rental deserves a 4 1/2 star rating, just a few minor additions would make it a 5 star rental.
