Mermaid's Bay is a 3.5-acre bay-front estate located in the heart of Islamorada, just moments away from all of Islamorada's top attractions and restaurants. This private oasis has over 300 feet of open-water views. There are three separate homes on the property that can be rented on a weekly basis individually or all together for complete seclusion.
Shared on the property is a resort-style pool and spa, pool bathroom with private outdoor showers, sandy beach area, shaded tiki hut, water-front fire pit and a large boat basin. Hammocks, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and more are provided for your enjoyment. A small boat ramp is located on the property. The tile decking around both the boat basin and pool is imported from Turkey and remains cool to the touch even in the Florida Keys sunshine. Fruit trees throughout the property offer fresh fruits to include in your recipes and cocktails. This island estate was built in 1946 and has been preserved and restored throughout the years to maintain the Florida Keys charm. You'll find yourself never wanting to leave.
Rentals are from Friday to Friday. Differing dates may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
There is an additional fee for complete seclusion of the property or to host events.
