The unit has been totally renovated, brand new kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, decor and bedding. The unit offers an open lower level living room with kitchen and guest bedroom and full bath. Beautiful views of the Atlantic from the screened balcony. The upper level has a king master en suite and third bedroom with two twin beds. Newly renovated swimming pool and hot tub to spend your days lounging along with Maison's beach, outdoor kitchen, tiki hut and spa.

Sue was an absolute dream to work with....everything was perfect!! We couldn’t of asked for better accommodations for our party of 6 and the location was excellent as well. Convenient to everything. Looking forward to experiencing island life again soon!

Our vacation rental was absolutely Perfect. The location is beautiful and so many near by shopping places and wonderful places to eat . The rental property is just stunning. We definitely will be back again soon!

Wonderful three bedroom condo with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Pool/Hot Tub. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Very clean. Will definitely rent again!

Winter getaway for our family of 5. This unit worked out great for us- plenty of space, beautiful grounds, and pool. Clean and well kept. Some of the unit is a bit dated but we didn't mind that because it was so kept so nice. Great location in Islamorada. Lots to do!

Fantastic place! This is our second year!! We love it!!
We really enjoyed our first stay at Maison Matecumbe #307! It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the porch overlooking the pool. We loved the pool area, the beach area and its proximity to restaurants, a marina and stores. We even walked to the Midday Café and the Green Turtle Inn for breakfast. We plan to rent this unit again when we return to Islamorada!
