Futura Townhouse #709 - Bring your boat and relax in this bay front beauty that has it all! This fully equipped two bedroom two and a half bath townhome will sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The main level you have living room, kitchen, dining, half bath and a private balcony overlooking the Florida Bay. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful view of the bay. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and a view of the marina. In the carport you will find a gas grill for you to cook your catch! Bringing a boat? Futura offers deep water protected dockage for an additional fee. The Futura Yacht Club HOA charges- onsite-$150 per trailer and $50 per boat fee. These fees will not show up on your rental agreement, as the fees are collected upon check in at Futura Yacht Club. If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.
