Futura Townhome #731 - Enjoy the spectacular view of the Florida Bay from this beautiful townhome. This townhome is a two bedroom two and a half bath unit. There are tons of things to keep you and your family busy without having to leave the Futura Condo complex. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool located on the property. Make yourself at home in our home away from home. Boat dockage available please inquire within. The Futura Yacht Club HOA charges- onsite-$150 per trailer and $50 per boat fee. These fees will not show up on your rental agreement, as the fees are collected upon check in at Futura Yacht Club. VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: VR 09-67 If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

Great location to watch evening sunsets! Updated and very clean! Unobstructed view of the Gulf! Boat dockage available with unit! Highly recommend for family or just you and your spouse!

We really enjoyed our stay in #731 Futura Yacht Club. The home was well furnished, nicely equipped kitchen and decorated in a way that we found pleasing. Hopefully, we can arrange future stays here.

This townhome was the finest vacation location we've ever had in the Keys. It was well appointed, very comfortable and offered great views from the balconies. The heated pool was a delight to my wife who will not go near cold water. From the balcony we watched manatees and tarpon right in the boat harbor. My wife took pictures for 3 days in a row of the beautiful keys sunsets!

The entire vacation experience was great, from working through the reservation with Freewheeler to the Townhome and community experience itself everything was top notch. The townhome was VERY well supplied with everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean and up to date. The view off the balcony was amazing and having the boat slip in front of the unit was extremely convenient. I will definitely look to book with Freewheeler again in the future and would love to stay in unit #731 again given the opportunity.
We had a great time and the new upgraded accommodations were a plus. We were, however, disappointed that there was no grill. We did purchase a small tabletop one and left it at the unit for others to enjoy. We would definitely recommend to friends or family.
