Futura Townhome #708 - Enjoy the spectacular view of the Florida Bay from either one of two balconies in this 2-story townhome, located off the master bedroom or the living room. Amenities include Wi-Fi, flat panel TVs in the living room and master bedroom, phone (for local calls), and gas grill. There are tons of things to keep you and your family busy without having to leave the Futura Condo complex. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool located on the property. Make yourself at home in our home away from home. Boat dockage available please inquire within. The Futura Yacht Club HOA charges- onsite-$150 per trailer and $50 per boat fee.  These fees will not show up on your rental agreement, as the fees are collected upon check in at Futura Yacht Club.   No smoking and no pets allowed. VACATION RENTAL LICENSE: VR-036 If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

We have been with Freewheeler for many years, and Brandi always takes excellent care of us! Futura is a perfect spot for families to vacation, and includes great accommodations and opportunities for lots of fun!

We had an enjoyable week at Townhome 708. The property is well maintained, convenient to restaurants and shops both by water and land. The trailer parking was easy and the marina was convenient to get in and out of. We watched the fireworks from Founder's Park right from the balcony. Other than having to go further south to pick up and drop off access to gate at the rental office verses receiving an access code all was convenient and relaxing. Thank you.

Great location, clean,well maintained property. Our only recommendations would be to replace carpeting and outdoor furniture. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

This was our 4th year staying and Futura and as always the trip was spectacular! The townhome offered all the comfort of home, beautiful views and had everything we needed for the week. The office staff at the rental company was friendly and helpful. We recommend this rental for anyone looking for a nice getaway!
