Downstairs includes a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest space, offering additional privacy and flexibility for families or groups.
The outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the island lifestyle, featuring dockage, a summer kitchen, seating areas to watch the sunset, and kayaks and bikes available for guests to enjoy. Whether you’re heading out on the water or relaxing at the house, this property offers a great place to experience the laid-back Plantation Key lifestyle. If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect the annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. The ultimate place for us snowbirds, wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect and especially enjoyed the night light down by the dock and seeing all the fish, lobster, manatees, barracudas etc in their "natural aquarium".. View is fantastic, the rooms extra clean, great TV, great place to launch our stand up paddle board and loved most sitting on the porch with a glass of wine watching the sunset !!

This is my 4th year staying at this unbelievably beautiful home. The location is the best on Islamorada. The sunsets are never the same and always the best. The home is wonderful and very comfortable. I am so lucky to have found this home 4 years ago. I spend more time every year. Love it...
